If you are totally new go AdSense and need some one to tell you how to do. Just check this cool videos out direct from Google.

The video is easy to navigate around by topics that are listed in the navigation on the left of the video screen. You don’t have to listen to the whole demonstration to get to a section you want to see.

You can check the first video called “How to get started with Google Adsense”. It will show you how to sign up and doing Adsense filters and much more.
