Live Search Webmaster Tools beta take a look
If Google has a webmaster center Microsoft had to have one as well. Now Microsoft finally has created one similar to Google, very similar.
You can register pages, check robot txt, upload sitemaps and much more.
You do not need an invitation but the webmaster center is still in beta and you need a MSN or hotmail address to log in.
I just upload my first code to my website same as Google has and I waiting for them to approve it, I come back with more details about how it worked this week.
