Google Adsense referral program is to stop
Google Adsense is not doing any more referral to the Adsense network I guess they think they have enough publishers now and the brand is so well know that it is time to stop. Me personally I have not made a cent with it, it was over after all the Americans publishers go to have a go first.
Google Adsense Advice you to take away all the linking you have from the Google Adsense referral affiliate program and replace it with something else.
You should do this by August, but I do not think they will punish you if you not take away all the ads you will just not get any money.
If you need the statistic for the old referral program of Google Adsense you need to download it to your desktop or something because Google Adsense is Going to delete it.
You can still get paid to blog and send other people to this program they pay you $15 per person

Thanks for the tip. I don’t think I have ever made anything from the referral program either. I have made a few bucks via Adsense, but it’s getting tougher and tougher. Keep up the great work!
