Adsense and Sexy movies

Have you ever wondered why some people can have very sexy videos from Google YouTube and on the same page have Adsense ads?

Well Google has a cryptic answer to the Google Adsense blog (as always).

“While it’s not a sure test, we sometimes suggest that publishers ask themselves the following questions to determine if content is family-safe: Would I be comfortable viewing this content with my parents or children in the same room? Would I feel comfortable viewing this content if my boss walked up behind me while I had this content on my screen? If the answer to either of these questions is no, then it is likely that some advertisers would not be comfortable showing their ads on such content and we might consider it mature.” - adsense blog

Well if I was Tony in The Sopranos then I would not mind at all if my coworkers were standing behind me, well as long as they did not have a 9 millimeter on my neck.

If I was a right wing Christian from deep inside America I probably should turn off the TV or computer as soon as a Music Video came on.

If I was from Sweden then maybe then I would not mind so much showing off to my college some nice bikini pictures or a good looking girl.

So please Google Blog will Adsense look what part of the world I am from before the ban my Adsense account? Please try to be more specific.

Google Adsense new update harder to cheat

Google Adsense is helping Google Adword customer to save money by making it harder to click “wrong”.

A Adsense update is eminent and it will only be possible to click on the Adsense ad links not the ad as a block.

People often click by “mistake” the block or around the block but Google want to stop this error clicking with this update.

Even if Google Adsense say that “auto clicking programs” does not exist it will still make it more difficult for the “auto clicking programs” exist this update will make it more difficult to find the place to click and cheat customers.

Google Adsense old rule is still there you can not click on the link and you can not ask anyone else to do it.

Adsense Account Banned for Fraud

Your Adsense Account Banned for Fraud

Adsense is great money making scheme and it is very popular to webmasters. Google’s Adsense fame has reached a point where it became a great target for fraud. Because of this Google is now very strict in monitoring their Adsense accounts. If you’re doing a legitimate business with Adsense and you do not want your site banned, be careful not to commit any mistakes that might change Google’s mind.

The Ways by Which You May be Committing Fraud

There are certain criteria that Google sets to identify whether a site is committing fraud. Since Adsense is a Pay-Per-Click scheme, money for partner sites comes from the number of clicks coming form respective websites and pages. Google checks certain aspects of the click that come through a certain Adsense account to check that a site is not guilty of click fraud. The simplest of which is by monitoring the IP address of the computer that do the clicking. Multiple clicks from the same IP address will ban your account immediately.

It is advised that you do not check your Google Adsense account on any public terminals including your office PC. Google takes notes of the IP addresses that you use when you access your account. If one of these terminals is used to click your ad, your account will likely be banned. Using your office computer to access your account has a bad effect aside form receiving a memo from your software property management department. Your whole company uses a proxy address that points to only one IP address. So if one of the hundreds of personnel in your company clicks your ad, Google will basically flag this as a click fraud.

To avoid having your site banned for click fraud, never ever try on clicking on your own site. Also never click your site from public computers. If a certain IP address appears to many times on the click monitoring software, say goodbye to your Adsense account. Aside from clicking on your own site do not ask your friends and relatives to do this. Again every computer is identified by a single IP address so if one of your friends or nephews went into a clicking spree you would not have an Adsense account the next day. If you can’t avoid telling them about this earning opportunity on the net, explain to them the rules that are involved as to avoid anybody doing a clicking spree on your ads.

To Avoid Getting a Closed Account Message

If you want to go to sites advertised by your site do not do so by clicking the link. Take note of the URL by pointing the mouse on the link but don’t click it. Copy the URL to your browser to see your advertiser’s site. If in case you clicked one of your ads accidentally report the occurrence to Google immediately as to avoid your account being banned.

Also take note that there are certain entities that are not allowed but Google to be sources of clicks. Google has a list of these entities always check them up as to avoid getting clicks from this so called illegal traffic.

And always monitor Adsense account. Aside from the fact that somebody might try to have your accounts banned by clicking on your ad links again and again, always take note of your click through ratio (CTR). Google has criteria for acceptable CTR as to avoid having sites that are only receiving traffic for taking advantage of the Adsense PPC scheme.

Google Adsense says ok to recommend a friend

Sometimes you don’t feel like Google Adsense is really reading your emails. The check them very quickly and send you some kind of vague answer that could fit everything from how to log in to how to fight click fraud.

I asked if I could recommend my friend to Adsense and Adword since he had now my Adsense code on his site I wanted to check first.

Google support I could as long as he was not using my computer when he did it. Then he said don’t spam people? Did I ask about spamming people? No but he just add it as a standard answer he found some where.

Adsense blog contest

The Google Adsense blog has a contest going on. I do not really know what the price is but I guess it’s being featured on the blog and they must drive a massive traffic to the site in question.

You need to record and upload on YouTube off course your experiences with Adsense and how had helped you.

You can tell people about your site in the video but you can off course not ask people to click on your ads so normal AdSense terms apply off course.

The last day to submit is the 31 October 2007 so hurry up!

Can not Google stop Spam in their own groups?

Can not Google stop Spam in their own groups?

I become a member in one of Google Adsense forums provided by Google to get an answer from them since they hardly answer by email anymore.

First of all the answers I got from members that’s been there much longer then me was totally wrong and could get my Adsense account banned. I asked about some wallpapers sites and if they were ok to have Adsense.

The forum people said “yeah sure no problem” and a week later Google told me to never have copyrighted material on my site.

Secondly the emails I get everyday is full with Indian Escort Girls and Dear sir I have a a fortune I want to give you posts.

Can’t Google clean up their own act on home turf? There must be a easy way to validate your post with a secret code from your Adsense account or something so at least the Google groups does not have spam.

Click exchange programs will get you banned from Adsense

This might come as a surprise to you but most click-exchange programs are against the Adsense rules. They don’t allow any artificially generating ad impressions or clicks. So basically all third-party services such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, auto-surf, and click-exchange programs can get you banned from Adsense.

The Adsense won’t answer what programs or alternative are ok either so its better to totally stay away from this kind of things. Google Search engine have also lately also started clamp down on people that take money for links and those how paid for them it been alot of talk about the Web directory penalizations

You can not have Adsense on pages with copyrighted material

I asked what Google Adsense thinks about copyrighted material because there is so many pages that have copies of girls from calendars or picture from AP or other news agencies on their website. Even Youtube have loads of copyrighted content but off course they are owned by Google themselves.

This is the strange answer I got from Google in this matter not really clear is it? So many sites are doing it and still they have Adsense.

Got my answer from Google Adsense today

I got my answer from Google Adsense today. I did not expect them to tell me why they have banned my site because they never do they just send you a standard letter. I think that’s very boring that they have become just like Pay Pal. As soon as big companies open offices in other countries the attitude of the staff changes to the worse.

Anyway here is the answer from Google Adsense were they say to me not to come back with this site even if I do changes.

Thank you for your email.

As your site was found to be in violation of our programme policies, it is
no longer eligible for participation in the AdSense programme.

Your account remains active and you are welcome to place Google ads on
other sites which comply with AdSense policies.
