If you dealing with some one new on PayPal that you never done business before then you should send him or her the request of money. Make sure that the invite you send to the customer is a service. PayPal does not get involved when the payment is a service, what ever proof the seller might have they will not refund the money.

In even more bizarre twist PayPal gave me back the rest of the money that I lost from a Guy selling warez on the DP forum.

After I wrote the article about PayPal that they gave me the cold shower when I want to tell them about the warez I bought, they been so nice to me.

I was so surprised when I open my PayPal account and found a complementary $17 dollars from the PayPal staff.

I guess they were feeling bad they did not listen when I tried to help them close down business they do not want in PayPal.

Hurray for Pay Pal well at least a small wow for them, they managed to save me 3 dollars from the $20 I lost.

I reported that the script I have bought in DP forum was copyrighted and they where not delivered.

Now the important thing is that I said “they where not delivered” had I said “not as I expected” or something like that I had not got anything from him back.

This proves that sometimes PayPal do care about fraud even if I had to write them two times and make a blog here.

PayPal has just made the internet more secure. They are going to launch a virtual Master Card.
It will create a one time use credit card with Master card so that you can shop sites that does not take PayPal and buy something.

It also makes it possible for you to buy something on sites with your PayPal balance and that great for people that can not open a credit card for some reason.

The fees for the service are not yet reviled but it would be interesting to see.

The “new function” is an answer to Google Checkout that launched a similar function one year ago. As usual this service will only be available to American customer from the start.

It is sad when big companies like Pay Pal automate the staff or get so stuffed with them self that they stop listen to the small people AKA the customers in general.

I notified Pay Pal about a fraud causes that happened on the DP forum a user was selling Warez in the forum and I found out that he actually has sold

Instead of a thank you dear sir for letting us know about this problem I got a standard letter that I should open a dispute case. I already open a dispute case and I already told them that but apparently they did not read the email. I guess there is some auto software that on certain words in the email triggers a response from the server.

This is how good companies go to bad big companies and Google is heading the same way.
