According to a pretty funny story we saw in Personal Thailand, the Thai government is going to court with youtube.com? That must be some sort of mistake, are they going to sue them for a person uploading something to the website? What’s even more tragic is that that “webmaster association Thailand” was the once that recommended the government to sue the Google owned company. So the next time some one offends the American flag on my blog I can get sued? I have all respect for the Thai king but to sue YouTube is not the right way to go about it.

Google the owner of Youtube.com has criticized the Thai military government for overreacting. They have answered the Thai government when approached that they have much worse movies about Americas President George Bush then this video. Still the video has been taken off the site but there is some still photo left and therefore the Thai government refuses to lift the ban. According to the Thai news agency the video contained photo of His Majesty the king of Thailand and a foot something that is very taboo in Thailand.
